Welcome to HedoWeedo ("HedoWeedo," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate a premium cannabis dispensary located in Negril, Jamaica, and provide an online platform at hedoweedo.com (the "Site") through which qualified individuals may browse our product catalog, place orders for pickup or delivery, book budtender and event services, and participate in the HedoWeedo Rewards program. By accessing or using our Site, mobile application, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HedoWeedo.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

1.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access and use our Services. In certain jurisdictions, the legal age for the purchase, possession, or consumption of cannabis products may be twenty-one (21) years or older. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Medical Cannabis Patients

If you are purchasing medical cannabis products, you must hold a valid medical cannabis recommendation, prescription, or identification card issued by a licensed healthcare practitioner or government authority recognized in Jamaica. We reserve the right to verify your patient status at any time, including at the point of sale, pickup, or delivery, and to refuse service if verification cannot be confirmed.

1.3 Age Verification Process

By placing an order or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may use third-party age verification services and may request government-issued identification to confirm your age and identity before fulfilling any order.

2. Cannabis Laws and Regulatory Compliance

2.1 Jamaican Law

The cultivation, processing, distribution, sale, and possession of cannabis in Jamaica are regulated under the Dangerous Drugs Act and regulations administered by the Cannabis Licensing Authority of Jamaica. Our operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable Jamaican laws, and we hold all necessary licenses and permits required to operate a medical and therapeutic cannabis dispensary.

2.2 Export and Cross-Border Restrictions

Cannabis remains a controlled substance under the laws of many countries, including the United States. The export of cannabis products from Jamaica to another country may be prohibited. 2.3 Local Jurisdictions

If you are visiting Jamaica and intend to purchase cannabis, you must comply with all local laws regarding possession limits, consumption locations, and transport. Information about consumption in public places, near schools, or while operating a vehicle can be obtained from local authorities. We provide educational resources but are not a substitute for legal counsel.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of our Services, such as placing orders, tracking shipments, earning Rewards, and booking appointments, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct harmful to HedoWeedo, other users, or third parties.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

4.1 Product Availability

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per household. In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitution or a full refund.

4.2 Pricing

Prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes and fees.

4.4 Order Confirmation

Submission of an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that we suspect involve fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

5. Pickup and Delivery

5.1 In-Store Pickup

Orders placed for in-store pickup will be held at our Negril dispensary for a limited period. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order at the time of pickup. Orders not picked up within the stated period may be cancelled and refunded.

5.2 Delivery Service

We offer delivery within designated service areas in and around Negril, Jamaica. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You must be present at the delivery address, provide valid identification, and sign for the package. Delivery personnel will verify your age and identity before handing over any cannabis product.

5.3 Delivery Limitations

We do not deliver to addresses outside our service areas, to addresses on properties where cannabis is prohibited, or to persons who cannot verify their age or identity. We may refuse delivery at our discretion.

6. HedoWeedo Rewards Program

6.1 Program Overview

The HedoWeedo Rewards program allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for discounts and benefits. Participation in the Rewards program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any additional program-specific terms.

6.2 Earning and Redeeming Points

Points are awarded based on qualifying purchases and may be earned through promotions or other activities as determined by us. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify point values, earning rates, redemption options, or to discontinue the program at any time.

6.3 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Unused points or rewards may be forfeited upon program termination.

7. Budtender and Event Bookings

7.1 Booking Services

Through our Site, you may request to book budtender services, cannabis catering, or event services. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

7.2 Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies for booked events will be communicated at the time of confirmation. You may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.

7.3 Event Conduct

At all HedoWeedo events, participants must comply with age requirements, applicable laws, and our staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is disruptive, intoxicated, or non-compliant.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services if you are not eligible under these Terms or applicable law;
• Use our Services to purchase cannabis for resale, distribution, or on behalf of an ineligible person;
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or identity checks;
• Use our Site to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our Site or content without authorization;
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Site;
• Interfere with the security or operation of our Site, servers, or networks;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or orders;
• Use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our Site or Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including the HedoWeedo name, logo, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, software, and overall look and feel, is the property of HedoWeedo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

The "HedoWeedo" name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of HedoWeedo. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you own the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
